Cancellation Policy
Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice if needing to cancel or reschedule appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (same day cancellation/no show) will require a 50% fee of the scheduled service payable via Venmo before you will be able to book a new appointment.

Please let me know if you are running late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 mins late your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten the services you are to receive.
